Information you share
When you join Monday Minutes, we collect your first name and email address, along with a record of your signup and consent. If you contact us, we receive the contact details and message you provide. Please do not include sensitive health information in signup forms or group meeting chats.
How information is used
We use your information to send the Monday Minutes welcome email, meeting access details, reminders and updates; respond to your questions; maintain subscription preferences; and operate and protect these services. Joining Monday Minutes does not automatically subscribe you to Building What Matters. Separate subscriptions remain separate choices.
Service providers and email activity
Flodesk stores subscriber information and delivers our emails. Its email tools record delivery and engagement information, including opens and link clicks, and may collect timestamps, IP addresses and device information. This helps with email delivery and understanding engagement. Squarespace hosts this website and processes website visits and information submitted through its forms. These services may process technical information such as browser details, IP addresses and cookies to provide, secure and measure their services.
No optional Meta Pixel or additional advertising integration has been added to the Monday Minutes form. Your browser and email application may offer controls for cookies, remote images and tracking.
Google Meet and calendar links
Monday Minutes takes place on Google Meet. Google processes information associated with using its services under its own privacy policy. Other participants may see your display name, video and anything you choose to share during the meeting. You control whether to enable your camera or microphone. Adding Monday Minutes to your calendar is optional and creates an event in the calendar account you choose.
Sharing and storage
Information is handled by the service providers needed to host the website, manage subscriptions, send email and deliver meetings. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of these services. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
We retain information as needed to provide the services you request, maintain consent and unsubscribe records, address inquiries and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Flodesk unsubscribe may stop other marketing emails from Tamara Calmon sent through the same account, not just Monday Minutes. You can also contact office@tamaracalmon.com to request an update, access to or deletion of your information, or to ask about subscription preferences. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may be retained to honor an unsubscribe request or meet legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to correct, receive a copy of, restrict or object to processing of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
