  • I’ve worked across 33 industries, including construction, creative services, consulting, wellness, tech, retail, and publishing. What matters most is that you’re building something you care about and you’re ready to do real work.

  • We meet 4 times per month. You bring what's present. I bring what I see. We work on whatever needs to move.

  • Most businesses don’t need a coach. They need a consultant who also understands the internal side. A coach helps you develop skills. A consultant brings expertise to solve specific problems. I do both. And when something subconscious is blocking you, I have tools for that too.

  • No. We only go there if it makes sense and you want to. Some clients never do hypnosis. Others find it’s exactly what they needed.

  • The engagement is 90 days. That's enough time to see real change. Many people continue after because the relationship works—but there's no pressure to.

  • $2,900 for 90 days. 4 sessions per month, one hour each.
